This infuser includes a dish for holding the strainer between steeps and will save your countertops! It also features features tiny 0.3 mm holes, which are fine enough to  hold the finest tea leaves without spilling into your tea and a large basket that allows the hot water to thoroughly infuse the leaves.
Simply hang the tea infuser inside your cup, add your loose leaf tea and steep.  After steeping, simply discard the leaves. You can also retain the leaves for a second brew if they're not spent.
